This past weekend I traveled to Michigan with Jeff to swim in a swim meet in his high school pool in Woodhaven, MI. We had a fabulous weekend visiting with his parents and swimming in two very special pools. Saturday morning we practiced at Wayndotte Roosevelt High School in the Hugh J. Roddin Natatorium. The pool was named in honor of Jeff's father who is the long-time high school swim coach.
Sunday, we participated in the 1st Annual Autumn Aqua Challenge swim meet in Jeff's at Woodhaven High School, where Jeff went to school. He still holds many of the school records. We all swam well and I got to meet a lot of people who are friends with Jeff's parents.
